AnchorPointe applies leadership skills to plan and direct the project team toward success. And, our proactive approach encourages architects, designers, contractors and vendors to work together to achieve the churches quality, cost and schedule objectives for the vision of the project. We strive for positive working relationships from a Biblical perspective among the project team members, facilitating timely resolution of the problems and conflicts that are common in the design and construction process.

On a $130M project, you can imagine the level of detail and complexity involved. Deborah Sweeney was the difference between success and failure for us. Her expertise and experience made all the difference in helping us stay on schedule and on budget. She is passionate and heartfelt about her work, but she’s also as tough as nails when the job calls for it! First Baptist Dallas is indebted to her for the phenomenal job she did representing the church on this project. This is not her job – it’s her ministry.

Since 2006, we have buillt over $100M on our main campus, opened a new campus for $20M+ in Plano and are working on new projects now and Deborah has helped me with all of them.
